COURSE WITHDRAWALS

Students who have pre-registered for Summer Session, but no longer wish to take a course must "drop" or withdraw from their course in writing. Colorado College students may drop a course by filling out a Summer Session drop form and processing it with the registrar's office. Non-CC students who are not on our campus must fax or e-mail their request to the Summer Programs office (719-389-6955 or summer@ColoradoCollege.edu). Colorado College can not "drop" or withdraw a student over the phone. If a student does not formally withdraw from their course, and does not attend the course, they are considered a "no show." Colorado College will not issue a grade for a "no-show" student, however, tuition charges still apply.

Students who are withdrawing and have requested housing for the summer must also write or call the office of residential life to cancel their room reservation.

All students who withdraw from their course will forfeit their course deposit. Please see the financial information webpage for details.
