Each summer, Colorado College opens the doors of its theaters, concert halls, and galleries to the Colorado Springs Community. Colorado College has offered music and arts to the community since 1892 and we are proud to continue that tradition to this day. We maintain a tradition of involving Colorado College faculty and alumni, and we frequently collaborate with local arts organizations. The Summer Festival of the Arts comprises many individual events as well as several specialized festivals. We are eagerly anticipating our 2009 summer season, celebrating the 25th
anniversary of our Summer Music Festival.
As is our tradition, our offerings will include everything from original
theatrical productions to outdoor concerts, chamber music, dance, opera,
musical theater, film, art exhibits and much more. |
