Transcript requests, whether official or unofficial take 3-4 business days to process Transcript requests are processed Monday through Friday and require at least a 24 hour lead time including unofficial transcripts to be faxed. RUSH SERVICEavailable.

Please use this Transcript Request Form PDF to make your request. If you prefer, you may write your own request. Please be sure to include the following information:

1.All transcript requests from former students and alumni must be made in writing.
(e-mail requests are not acceptable). 
2. The dates of your attendance.
3 . The full address of where you need your transcript(s) sent.
4 . Please indicate if you want your cumulative and major G.P.A. on your transcript.
5. Sign your request! (This is a very important Federal Regulation)
6. Please remember that overnight transcript service is not a guarantee of same-day transcript service.

Transcript request forms may be faxed to 719.389.6931 or mailed to Office of the Registrar, The Colorado College, 14 E. Cache La Poudre, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Make sure that you sign your request form. Signatures must be from the student whose transcript is requested. Neither parents nor any other party may request a transcript without the student's signature. Each person is allowed 10 free transcripts each fiscal year; after that the charge is $3.00 per transcript. The Registrar's Office phone number is 719.389.6610.

RUSH TRANSCRIPT SERVICE

Federal Express does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery with Fed Ex is guaranteed. Prices are for US only. Higher International rates may apply - International overnight service will be processed and charged on an "as requested" basis. Cost is $25 Overnight service to each address.
